Sometimes we can offer a fixed or capped fee. If you prefer to pay on an hourly basis the rate for employment law is £140 + VAT. Our written estimates will confirm the basis of our charges. Tribunal fees and Barrister/Expert fees, and other expenses will be charged in addition where necessary. It is our standard practice to require payment on account.
